This issue is not a common issue.
This can be caused many reasons, one cause of this error could be the below one.
If you have faced this issue while loading the data with APD (Analysis Process Design) which has Bex Query as a source InfoProvider, the resolution is as follows.
This might be caused when you are frequently loading the data using Query as source.
You need to clear the cache and regenerate the report definition.
1. Copy the technical name of Query.
2. Goto RSRT, give the query technical name.
3. Click on Cache Monitor, go to Cache Database
4. Find your query and right click on query name and delete the content.
5. Go back and click on Regenerate Report.
When its done then run the APD, Hopefully this should help to solve the issue.
If the issue is not with APD, You may check another reason and resolution which is on SCN.
